What can I expect from Reefer Madness?
You can expect to experience the side-splittingly funny cult-classic musical like never before in a uniquely immersive production. After the curtain falls, the adventure continues right here on our immersive set at The Reefer Den where you will continue to enjoy live music, curated drinks and munchies galore.
How long does the experience last?
The musical is 90 minutes with no intermission. After the curtain falls, audiences are invited to the Reefer Den, a 1930’s themed speakeasy featuring a hot house band with special guests making surprise and scheduled appearances. Ticket holders are welcome to stay for the evening!
Is the experience accessible for children?
There is no age requirement for Reefer Madness. However, Reefer Madness contains mature themes and plenty of drugs, sex and comedic violence timed to music. Parental discretion is advised.
Are strollers allowed in the venue?
No.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
During the performance of Reefer Madness pictures and recordings are strictly prohibited. Once the curtain falls, guests are welcome to take pictures and record the rest of their night in the Reefer Den.
Can I smoke in the Theater?
In compliance with California state law, smoking is prohibited.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The venue is ADA compliant.
Are backpacks allowed into the experience?
Backpacks are allowed at the experience but are subject to search upon entry to the Theatre.
TICKETING
Where can I get tickets?
Is it possible to buy a ticket at the door?
It is possible to purchase tickets on-site. However, we highly recommend getting your tickets in advance!
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
What methods of payment are accepted on site?
Accepted methods of payment are credit and debit cards.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact
Fever Customer service indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
What happens if I am late for my time slot?
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. If you miss your check-in time, you should speak to a staff member when you arrive for assistance, and if possible, we will try to accommodate
Is it possible to transfer a ticket to someone else?
If you wish to transfer ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Fever account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once you've transferred a ticket, we cannot undo the action.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly. You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section or in your mail reminder which will arrive one day before your selected session.
Can I refund my ticket(s)?
All ticket purchases are final sale. No refunds will be made, and no order can be canceled. For more information, please go to the conditions of sale accepted before the purchase. For more information, you can refer to our

Do you offer carer tickets?
Usually offered for disabled users carers when buying one regular ticket.

Is there parking available?
Yes. The theatre has a parking lot at 1714 Whitley Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90028.
Are there bathrooms available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has bathrooms onsite for guests to use.
MERCH & CAFÉ
Is there any merchandise for sale on site?
There is merchandise available for purchase at the venue.
HEALTH & SECURITY
Are service dogs allowed?
For safety reasons, service dogs are not permitted in the experience area.
I have hearing aids. Am I able to do the experience?
Guests with hearing aids will be able to enjoy this experience.
